On January 14th Asian Law Alliance co-hosted the United We Stand-Day of Action immigration rally in downtown San Jose, with SIREN and PACT. We had one of our DACA Clients Tia Immanual speak in front of the Federal Building describing her experience as a DACA recipient and what it means for her and the millions of other DACA recipients who may lose their status by Trump’s Executive Orders.
