The One Year Anniversary of DACA+/DAPA announcement rally will be on Friday November 20, 2015 from 12noon – 1:00pm at San Jose City Hall – 200 East Santa Clara St., San Jose, CA.
The 5th Circuit Court has finally ruled that the injunction stopping DAPA and DACA+ will remain in place. The Department of Justice will be appealing the case to the U.S. Supreme Court. On the Anniversary of the program’s announcement, we are rising together as a community to fight on for our families. Please join us! Our API voices are critical in this struggle!
